Overview

**Ranevetmab** is a caninized monoclonal antibody that targets nerve growth factor (NGF/NGFB) to alleviate pain associated with osteoarthritis in dogs. Developed by Nexvet Biopharma, it demonstrated significant improvements in pain scores, mobility, and function in pivotal and pilot field studies involving hundreds of dogs, using monthly subcutaneous or intravenous injections, with a favorable safety profile and no major adverse events.[2][4][7][9]
