ranquilon

Ranquilon is a small molecule drug developed for the treatment of anxiety disorders, neurasthenia, and adjustment (adaptation) disorders. Its mechanism of action is as an antagonist of cholecystokinin (CCK) receptors. Ranquilon demonstrates a fast onset anxiolytic effect with stimulating properties and has shown beneficial effects on sleep disturbances and autonomic symptoms associated with these conditions. Clinical trials have demonstrated its efficacy at a dose of 6 mg/day in reducing anxiety symptoms compared to placebo, as measured by standard scales such as the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS). The drug was originally developed by the Research Zakusov Institute of Pharmacology and is actively manufactured by Valenta Pharmaceuticals JSC[2][3][4][5][6].
