Overview

RapMed-2304 is a development code used by RAPHAS for two distinct microneedle patch programs. The primary program is a prescription (Rx) therapeutic for the treatment of migraine, which utilizes the small molecule naratriptan, a serotonin 5-HT1 receptor agonist. This formulation is designed for percutaneous delivery using RAPHAS's proprietary Droplet-born Air Blowing (DAB) technology, which aims to improve bioavailability and patient compliance compared to traditional oral triptans. A second program under the same code is an over-the-counter (OTC) product for acne in the Japanese market. Both programs are currently in the preclinical stage of development.
