Overview

RapVac-2301 is a preclinical-stage quadrivalent influenza vaccine (QIV) developed by RAPHAS. It utilizes a microneedle patch delivery system to administer cell-based influenza hemagglutinin (HA) antigens targeting four strains: A/H1, A/H3, B/Yamagata, and B/Victoria. The vaccine is designed to induce immune responses against seasonal influenza through intradermal delivery, which potentially offers improved stability and ease of administration compared to traditional intramuscular injections. RAPHAS aims for IND approval for this candidate in 2027.
