Raspberry aqueous extract is a natural research compound derived from the fruit of *Rubus idaeus*. Preclinical studies have explored its potential therapeutic effects in metabolic-associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD), methotrexate-induced nephrotoxicity, and oral mucosal lesions.
