ravoxertinib

Ravoxertinib is an orally available small molecule inhibitor of extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1 (ERK1) and extracellular signal-regulated kinase 2 (ERK2), key components of the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway. By inhibiting ERK phosphorylation and activation, ravoxertinib disrupts ERK-mediated signal transduction, thereby preventing tumor cell proliferation and survival. The MAPK/ERK pathway is frequently upregulated in various cancers and plays a central role in tumor cell growth, differentiation, and survival. Ravoxertinib has demonstrated significant single-agent activity in preclinical models, including those with KRAS-mutant and BRAF-mutant tumors.
