Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RB-203 is a proprietary monoclonal antibody developed by Radiance Pharmaceuticals that targets membrane-bound Heat Shock Protein 70 (membrane Hsp70). While Hsp70 is typically an intracellular chaperone protein, it is selectively expressed on the plasma membrane of a wide variety of malignant cells—including both liquid and solid tumors—but not on normal cells, making it a highly selective target for cancer therapy. RB-203 is designed as a targeted immunotherapy to exploit this tumor-specific expression. The drug is being developed in conjunction with a companion diagnostic blood test intended for tumor detection and monitoring.
