Overview

RB-340-2 is a preclinical-stage chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy being developed by Triumvira Immunotherapeutics for the treatment of HER2-expressing solid tumors. The therapy involves engineering a patient's T cells to express a chimeric antigen receptor that specifically targets the Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2), a protein frequently overexpressed in various malignancies including breast, gastric, and ovarian cancers. By directing T cells to recognize and bind to HER2 on the surface of tumor cells, RB-340-2 aims to induce a potent and targeted immune response leading to tumor cell lysis. The program is currently in the preclinical phase of development and is part of Triumvira's pipeline of cell therapies designed to address unmet needs in oncology.
