Overview

RB0004 is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody targeting CD47, an immune checkpoint protein frequently overexpressed on the surface of various cancer cells. CD47 serves as a "don't eat me" signal by interacting with Signal Regulatory Protein Alpha (SIRPα) on macrophages, thereby inhibiting phagocytosis and allowing tumor cells to evade immune surveillance. Developed by Ruiyang (Suzhou) Biotechnology Co., Ltd., RB0004 is designed to block the CD47-SIRPα signaling pathway, restoring the ability of macrophages to identify and engulf malignant cells. The drug is currently undergoing Phase I/II clinical evaluation for the treatment of advanced solid tumors and lymphomas, both as a monotherapy and potentially in combination with other therapeutic agents.
