RBA-004

RBA-004 is a preclinical-stage cell-penetrating bispecific antibody developed by RophiBio. It is designed to simultaneously target phosphorylated Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 3 (pSTAT3), Tumor Necrosis Factor-alpha (TNF-α), and Interleukin-6 (IL-6). By utilizing cell-penetrating technology, RBA-004 can access intracellular targets like pSTAT3, which is often considered "undruggable" by conventional antibodies, while also neutralizing extracellular cytokines TNF-α and IL-6. This multi-target approach is intended to treat various cancers and autoimmune inflammatory diseases by disrupting key signaling pathways involved in tumor growth, survival, and chronic inflammation.
