RBD4059 is an investigational small interfering RNA (siRNA) therapeutic developed by Suzhou Ribo Life Science for the prevention and treatment of thrombotic disorders. It is designed to specifically target and silence the mRNA of Coagulation Factor XI (FXI) in the liver, utilizing the company's proprietary RIBO-GalSTAR platform for liver-targeted delivery. By reducing the production of FXI, RBD4059 inhibits the intrinsic pathway of coagulation.
