Overview

RBGO1-ADC is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting the **receptor for advanced glycation end products (RAGE)**. The RBGO1 monoclonal antibody, characterized by high binding affinity to the RAGE receptor, is conjugated to cytotoxic payloads such as vcE (valine-citrulline linker conjugated with MMAE) or mcF (a maytansinoid derivative)[1][3]. Upon binding to RAGE-expressing tumor cells, RBGO1-ADC is efficiently internalized, enabling targeted delivery of the cytotoxic agent to the cell interior, resulting in potent and selective cancer cell killing. RBGO1-ADC has been primarily investigated for **endometrial cancer** and demonstrates increased efficacy and selectivity compared to other RAGE-targeting ADCs and HER2-targeting ADCs in preclinical studies[1][3]. The ADC is not associated with significant toxicity in murine models and shows promising reduction in tumor volume in xenograft models[1]. The RBGO1 antibody and ADC are laboratory-developed and have not been associated with a commercial developer or manufacturer to date.
