Overview

RBI-3000 is an investigational self-replicating RNA (srRNA) precision immuno-oncology program being developed by RBI for the treatment of metastatic epidermal growth factor receptor–mutated (EGFRm+) non-small cell lung cancer that has acquired resistance to current tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) standard-of-care therapy.[1][3][7] It is part of RBI’s pipeline of srRNA-based cancer immunotherapies, which are designed to reprogram the tumor-immune microenvironment and overcome resistance mechanisms, with RBI-3000 positioned as the lung cancer-focused candidate in this platform.[1][3][7] Publicly available information indicates the asset remains in preclinical or early development, with detailed sequence, construct design, delivery system, and specific molecular targets not yet disclosed.
