Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RBM20 (also associated with the PRIMYO platform) is a personalized mRNA-based cancer vaccine being developed by myNEO Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. The vaccine utilizes myNEO's proprietary "camyotope" technology to identify novel, tumor-specific antigens derived from the "dark genome"—specifically non-coding regions like long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) that contain small open reading frames (smORFs). By encoding these patient-specific camyotopes into an mRNA delivery system, the vaccine aims to induce a robust MHC-I-restricted CD8+ T-cell immune response against the tumor. The program is currently in the discovery stage and focuses on leveraging cryptic peptides that are not typically targeted by traditional neoantigen vaccines.
