Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RC-0315 is a cell-free, mesenchymal stem cell (MSC)-derived secretome therapeutic being developed by Remedy Cell for the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). Unlike traditional cell therapies, RC-0315 utilizes the bioactive factors (secretome) secreted by MSCs rather than the cells themselves, potentially offering a safer and more scalable approach to regenerative medicine. The manufacturing process, conducted in collaboration with PluriCDMO, utilizes a proprietary 3D cell expansion system to produce clinical-grade batches. The candidate is currently advancing toward Phase 1b clinical development.
