Overview
RC148 + capecitabine + oxaliplatin is a combination therapy regimen being developed by RemeGen Co., Ltd. for the first-line treatment of unresectable or metastatic colorectal cancer. The regimen consists of RC148, a novel bispecific antibody that simultaneously targets Programmed Cell Death-1 (PD-1) and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF), combined with the CAPEOX chemotherapy backbone (capecitabine and oxaliplatin). By combining immune checkpoint inhibition and anti-angiogenesis with cytotoxic chemotherapy, the regimen aims to enhance anti-tumor activity. In early 2026, AbbVie entered into a significant licensing agreement with RemeGen to develop and commercialize RC148 outside of Greater China.
