RCT1412

RCT1412 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) currently under development by ReCerise Therapeutics. It is designed to treat solid cancers, with a specific focus on pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and other difficult-to-treat malignancies (referred to as OBC, likely encompassing ovarian, biliary, or colorectal cancers). The therapeutic mechanism involves a monoclonal antibody that targets a tumor-associated antigen to deliver a cytotoxic payload directly to cancer cells, thereby minimizing systemic toxicity.
