Overview

RD13-02 is a universal, "off-the-shelf" chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) therapy targeting CD7, a tumor-associated antigen highly expressed on malignant T cells. The product is derived from healthy donors and genetically engineered to express a CAR specific for CD7. It is further modified to avoid fratricide (self-killing of CAR-T cells), graft-versus-host disease (GvHD), and host-versus-graft rejection, thereby enhancing its safety and anti-tumor activity. As an allogeneic product, it can be prepared in single batches for multiple patients, enabling rapid treatment access. RD13-02 has demonstrated high rates of complete remission with minimal residual disease negativity in relapsed or refractory T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma (T-ALL/LBL) and other CD7-positive hematologic malignancies[1][2][4][5][7].
