RD140

RD140 is an investigational cell therapy product consisting of fully human chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells engineered to target both B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) and G protein-coupled receptor family C group 5 member D (GPRC5D). It is being developed for the treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma and plasma cell leukemia. The therapy aims to leverage dual targeting of BCMA and GPRC5D to enhance anti-tumor efficacy in hematologic malignancies where resistance or relapse may occur with single-antigen CAR-T therapies. As a novel bi-specific CAR-T approach, it is currently in preclinical development with a Phase 1 clinical trial planned to assess safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary efficacy[7][10].
