Drug intelligence / Profile preview
rDEN1Δ30 is a live attenuated investigational vaccine developed for the prevention of dengue virus serotype 1 (DENV-1) illness. It is administered subcutaneously and has demonstrated a promising safety and immunogenicity profile in clinical trials. A single dose of rDEN1Δ30 has been shown to be well-tolerated, with the ability to infect and induce seroconversion in the majority of vaccinees. The vaccine appears to induce sterilizing humoral immunity for at least six months following primary vaccination.
