Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RDT-008 is a fully human monoclonal antibody targeting CD70 (cluster of differentiation 70), a tumor-associated antigen overexpressed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) and other solid tumors. Developed by the MD Anderson Cancer Center Therapeutics Discovery Division, RDT-008 is designed as an antibody-radionuclide conjugate (ARC) platform. It can be site-specifically radiolabeled with various isotopes, such as zirconium-89 (89Zr) for immuno-PET imaging, or lutetium-177 (177Lu) and terbium-161 (161Tb) for targeted radionuclide therapy. In preclinical models of ccRCC, RDT-008-based radiopharmaceuticals have demonstrated high target specificity, rapid internalization, and dose-dependent tumor growth inhibition, making it a promising theranostic candidate.
