ReACT-BCG is an experimental **CAR-T cell therapy** being developed by Longbow Immunotherapy for bladder cancer, particularly non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer treated with intravesical bacillus Calmette-Guérin. Mechanistically, it is best understood as a BCG-directed CAR-T platform intended to synergize with intravesical BCG immunotherapy rather than as a standard antibacterial or standalone BCG product.
