Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ReBellaXO is an exosome-based regenerative biologic product developed by Regen Suppliers. It is an acellular, lyophilized allograft derived from Wharton's Jelly mesenchymal stem cells obtained from umbilical cord tissue and is described as containing billions of extracellular vesicles per cc. Rather than acting through a single defined pharmaceutical target, the product is intended to deliver a heterogeneous cargo of exosomes containing proteins, messenger RNA, microRNA, and growth factors that may support tissue repair, extracellular matrix remodeling, and regenerative signaling. It is marketed primarily for regenerative and aesthetic uses such as intravenous administration, joint injection, soft tissue procedures, hair restoration, facial rejuvenation, and sexual rejuvenation, with topical cosmetic positioning in North America.
