recPRAME + AS15

recPRAME + AS15 is a **therapeutic cancer vaccine** composed of recombinant **PRAME antigen** (Preferentially Expressed Antigen in Melanoma) combined with the **AS15 immunostimulant adjuvant system**. PRAME is a tumor-associated antigen that is overexpressed in a variety of cancers including melanoma and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC); it is minimally expressed in most normal adult tissues.
