Redsenol-1 Plus is a multi-component herbal supplement and botanical drug candidate developed by Canada Royal Enoch Phytomedicine Ltd. (Redsenol). It is formulated as an oral capsule containing 16 rare ginsenosides, including Rg3(R,S), Rh1(S,R), Rh2(R,S), Rk1, Rk3, Rg5, Rh3, Rh4, Rk2, aPPD(S,R), and aPPT(S,R). The product is primarily indicated for the management of cancer-related fatigue. It is currently being evaluated in a Phase 1 randomized, triple-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial (NCT05664009) to assess its safety and efficacy in cancer patients experiencing fatigue. The formulation leverages the synergistic effects of multiple ginsenoside derivatives, which are bioactive compounds derived from Panax ginseng known for their potential anti-inflammatory and adaptogenic properties.
