Overview

REGEND002 is an autologous, genetically modified lung precursor stem cell therapy developed by Regend Therapeutics for the treatment of bronchiectasis. The therapy utilizes P63+ lung progenitor cells (LPCs) to promote the regeneration and repair of damaged lung tissue. By transplanting these progenitor cells, the treatment aims to rebuild the bronchial structure and alleviate chronic inflammation and fibrosis associated with bronchiectasis. It represents a regenerative medicine approach within Regend's respiratory disease pipeline.
