Overview

Regenelyfe ePRP (Enhanced Platelet Rich Plasma) is a proprietary autologous biologic treatment developed by Regenevita, a regenerative medicine clinic. Unlike standard platelet-rich plasma (PRP), ePRP involves a specialized concentration process designed to maximize the density of platelets and associated growth factors derived from the patient's own blood. Upon administration, the concentrated platelets undergo degranulation, releasing a potent cocktail of signaling proteins including platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF), transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β), and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). These factors work synergistically to stimulate mesenchymal stem cell recruitment, promote angiogenesis, and accelerate extracellular matrix synthesis. The procedure is primarily utilized for the treatment of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, such as osteoarthritis and tendon injuries, as well as for chronic wound care to facilitate tissue repair and reduce inflammation.
