Drug intelligence / Profile preview
RegenoGel-OSP is an autologous, intra-articular fibrin-hyaluronan (HA) hydrogel conjugate developed by ProCore Ltd for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. It is produced by chemically conjugating high molecular weight hyaluronic acid to fibrinogen derived from the patient's own plasma using the proprietary HaProlink™ technology. The product is injected as a non-viscous liquid that distributes throughout the joint space and fills cartilage defects before undergoing in-situ gelation triggered by endogenous thrombin and tissue factors. The resulting stable hydrogel scaffold provides mechanical protection, enhances joint lubrication, and creates a regenerative microenvironment that supports stem cell attachment and cartilage matrix formation. Clinical studies have demonstrated its safety and potential for long-term symptom relief and joint preservation.
