Regenotide

Regenotide is a peptide-based therapeutic candidate developed by Nano Intelligent Biomedical Engineering Corporation (NIBEC) for the treatment of obesity and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH). Developed using NIBEC's proprietary peptide discovery platform, Regenotide is designed to address metabolic disorders by promoting weight loss and reducing hepatic fat accumulation. Preclinical studies have demonstrated its efficacy in reducing body weight and improving liver histology in MASH models, with the company positioning it as a potential long-acting treatment for metabolic diseases. The drug is currently in early clinical development, transitioning from preclinical stages to Phase 1 trials.
