Overview

REGN1035 is a **murine monoclonal antibody** developed to target and inhibit **delta-like ligand 4 (Dll4)**, a key ligand in the Notch signaling pathway that plays a critical role in tumor angiogenesis. REGN1035 specifically binds murine Dll4 and has been used in preclinical ovarian cancer models to study the effects of Dll4 blockade alone and in combination with anti-VEGF therapies or chemotherapy. In these models, REGN1035 reduces tumor growth, disrupts functional tumor vasculature, increases apoptosis, and, when combined with VEGF inhibitors or chemotherapy, shows superior antitumor effects compared to monotherapy. It is strictly a research tool for preclinical work and is not used in humans[1][3][5].
