Drug intelligence / Profile preview
REGN13089-M404-M2980 is an investigational MET-targeting antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. It consists of a biparatopic anti-MET antibody (REGN13089) conjugated via a transglutaminase-reactive linker (M404) to a camptothecin-based topoisomerase I inhibitor payload (M2980, such as ProDXd). By binding to the mesenchymal-epithelial transition factor (MET) receptor on the surface of tumor cells, the ADC is internalized, releasing the cytotoxic payload to induce DNA damage and cell death. REGN13089-M404-M2980 is being evaluated in Phase 1/2 clinical trials for the treatment of previously treated advanced solid tumors.
