Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**REGN14256 + imdevimab** is a combination of two human monoclonal antibodies, REGN14256 and imdevimab, designed for the treatment of COVID-19 in patients without risk factors for progression to severe disease. Both antibodies target the spike protein receptor-binding domain (RBD) of SARS-CoV-2, thereby blocking viral attachment and entry into host cells. The combination aims to enhance viral neutralization and reduce escape variants. REGN14256 + imdevimab was developed by Regeneron Pharmaceuticals and has undergone clinical testing for intravenous and subcutaneous administration in mild to moderate COVID-19 cases[1][3].
