Drug intelligence / Profile preview
REGN5713-5714-5715 is a cocktail of three monoclonal antibodies (REGN5713, REGN5714, and REGN5715) developed by Regeneron Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of allergic diseases caused by birch tree pollen. These antibodies specifically target Bet v 1, the major allergen in birch pollen. The drug acts as an IgE receptor modulator to reduce allergic symptoms such as those seen in seasonal allergic rhinitis and conjunctivitis. It is administered subcutaneously or intravenously and has reached Phase III clinical trials for these indications[1][2][6]. Structural studies show that all three antibodies can bind simultaneously to Bet v 1 with substantial areas exposed[8].
