Overview

REGN7041 is an experimental monoclonal antibody developed by Regeneron Pharmaceuticals that targets the CD3 receptor complex on T-cells. By binding to CD3, REGN7041 is designed to modulate T-cell-mediated immune responses and suppress the inflammatory pathways that drive autoimmune and inflammatory conditions. The drug is currently being investigated as a systemic treatment for active noninfectious uveitis affecting the posterior segment of the eye, where it aims to reduce intraocular inflammation and prevent tissue damage. As a first-in-human therapy in this indication, it is undergoing evaluation for safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics in both the blood and ocular fluid.
