REGN7945 + linvoseltamab

REGN7945 + linvoseltamab is an investigational combination therapy for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma. The regimen combines two bispecific monoclonal antibodies developed by Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. Linvoseltamab (also known as REGN5458) is a B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) x CD3 antigen bispecific antibody that bridges B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) on multiple myeloma cells with CD3-expressing T cells, facilitating T-cell activation and targeted cancer cell killing. REGN7945 is a CD38 antigen x CD28 antigen costimulatory bispecific antibody designed to deliver a critical costimulatory signal to CD28-expressing T cells upon engagement with CD38, further augmenting T cell activation, cytokine production, and cytotoxicity. Preclinical studies have shown that the combination of these agents enhances anti-tumor activity compared to either agent alone. Clinical trials are ongoing to assess safety, tolerability, and efficacy in patients with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma[1][3][6][8].
