Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Rejoint Gel** is an investigational intra-articular mPEG-PLGA hydrogel being evaluated with platelet-rich plasma for unilateral knee osteoarthritis. It is administered as a local injectable gel intended to provide a physical polymer matrix that retains platelet-rich plasma within the joint and may prolong its local therapeutic activity. In the registered randomized, double-blind feasibility study NCT04519047, Rejoint Gel was evaluated at 150 mg/mL in a 2:1 mixture with platelet-rich plasma, administered twice over one month.
