Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Rejuvenex Cream is an over-the-counter (OTC) topical treatment developed by the South Korean company PharmaResearch Products. Its active ingredient is sodium polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN), a DNA fragment derived from salmon. PDRN functions primarily as an agonist of the A2A adenosine receptor, which triggers signaling pathways that reduce inflammation, promote angiogenesis, and accelerate tissue repair and wound healing. The cream is indicated for the treatment of skin wounds, nutritional supplementation of the skin and connective tissues, and diseases prone to ulcers due to skin malnutrition. It is sold exclusively in Korean pharmacies and is part of PharmaResearch's portfolio of PDRN-based regenerative therapies.
