This agent is a combination of three monoclonal antibodies: relatlimab (a LAG-3 inhibitor), nivolumab (a PD-1 inhibitor), and bevacizumab (a VEGF inhibitor). Relatlimab and nivolumab work together as immune checkpoint inhibitors by blocking LAG-3 and PD-1 respectively, restoring and enhancing T-cell activity against cancer cells.
