Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Relicaps Advance is a hepatoprotective combination pharmaceutical product developed by Minskintercaps. It is composed of essential phospholipids (300 mg) and a complex of vitamins, including thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), pyridoxine (B6), cyanocobalamin (B12), nicotinamide (PP), and tocopherol (E). The essential phospholipids are primarily composed of phosphatidylcholine, which integrates into the lipid layer of damaged hepatocyte membranes, thereby restoring their structural integrity and enzymatic activity. The B-group vitamins serve as coenzymes in protein, lipid, and carbohydrate metabolism, while vitamin E provides antioxidant protection against lipid peroxidation. Relicaps Advance is indicated for the treatment of various liver conditions, including chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, fatty liver disease (steatosis), and toxic liver damage resulting from alcohol or drug use.
