Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Relinqing granules** are an orally administered Chinese patent herbal medicine manufactured by Guizhou Warmen Pharmaceutical. The product is a single-herb preparation derived from *Polygonum capitatum* Buch.-Ham. ex D. Don, known in Chinese as 头花蓼. It is approved in China for traditional-medicine syndromes of lower-jiao damp-heat presenting as urinary frequency, urgency, and dysuria, including urinary tract infection and pyelonephritis with the corresponding syndrome pattern. The labeled pharmacological rationale is heat-clearing and promotion of urination; experimental literature describes antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, diuretic, and analgesic activities, but no single validated molecular target or target-specific mechanism has been established for the chemically complex botanical preparation.
