Remeson

Remeson is a brand of methylprednisolone marketed by Learmont Pharmaceuticals, an Indian pharmaceutical distribution company. Methylprednisolone is a synthetic glucocorticoid with potent anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive properties. It acts as an agonist of the glucocorticoid receptor; upon binding, the receptor-ligand complex translocates to the cell nucleus and modulates the transcription of genes involved in the inflammatory response. This mechanism leads to the inhibition of pro-inflammatory cytokines and the induction of anti-inflammatory proteins.
