Renca tumor lysate-pulsed dendritic cells are an experimental murine cancer vaccine used in preclinical research for renal cell carcinoma. The therapy involves harvesting dendritic cells and loading (pulsing) them with a lysate derived from Renca cells, a syngeneic murine renal cell carcinoma line. These antigen-presenting cells then prime T cells to recognize and attack tumor cells expressing Renca-specific antigens. Studies often explore this vaccine in combination with other immunotherapies, such as anti-CD69 antibodies, to overcome immune suppression and enhance therapeutic efficacy in tumor-bearing mice.
