Renervix

Renervix is an ophthalmic gel medical device developed by Alfa Intes for corneal neuroprotection and nerve regeneration. The formulation contains 0.3% cross-linked hyaluronic acid, which provides prolonged lubrication and viscoelastic support by adhering to the corneal surface for an extended period. It is enriched with a nutrient complex including vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) to accelerate corneal re-epithelialization, vitamin B6 (pyridoxamine) to stimulate the regrowth of corneal nerve endings, and taurine to support nerve health and neutralize oxidative stress in epithelial cells. Renervix is primarily indicated to support the physiological repair of the cornea and promote reinnervation following anterior segment surgery or corneal abrasions.
