Renhaim's personalized neoantigen cancer vaccine is an mRNA-based immunotherapy designed to treat various cancers by targeting patient-specific tumor neoantigens. The vaccine utilizes mRNA technology to encode unique mutations (neoantigens) identified from a patient's own tumor through genomic sequencing. Once administered, the mRNA is translated into neoantigenic proteins within the patient's cells, which are then processed and presented to the immune system. This process is intended to provoke a robust and individualized anti-tumor T-cell response, allowing the immune system to recognize and eliminate cancer cells expressing those specific mutations. The program is currently in the preclinical/research stage of development.
