Overview
**RENOVITE BMP-2** is Renovos' injectable, synthetic nanoclay-based bone-fusion gel that locally retains and delivers bone morphogenetic protein 2 to promote osteogenesis and targeted bone formation. It is being developed as an alternative to conventional bone-graft materials for interbody spinal fusion; the biodegradable nanoclay carrier is intended to remain at the injection site, support cellular infiltration, and be gradually replaced by regenerated bone.
