Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**ReNTox** is a premium botulinum toxin type A neurotoxin manufactured by Pharma Research Bio, a South Korean pharmaceutical company, available in 100-unit or 200-unit lyophilized powder vials for dilution with 0.9% saline prior to injection. It works by blocking acetylcholine release at the neuromuscular junction, temporarily paralyzing targeted muscles to reduce dynamic wrinkles such as glabellar lines, forehead lines, crow's feet, and perioral lines, with effects onset in 3-5 days, peaking at 10-14 days, and lasting 4-8 months. Approved by the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, it is also used therapeutically for blepharospasm, hemifacial spasm, cervical dystonia, hyperhidrosis, chronic migraine, overactive bladder, and focal spasticity, featuring high purity (99.6%), low diffusion for precision, and hypoallergenic formulation without albumin or gelatin.[1][2][4][7][13]
