Overview

RepG3 is a third-generation synthetic peptide developed by Newal R&D, designed to mimic the Alpha domain of human ezrin. Its primary mechanism of action involves the modulation of the TLR4-RAGE loop and associated membrane-associated multi-receptor-to-cell protein-signalling complexes. By targeting these pathways, RepG3 aims to regulate aberrant immune responses and signaling associated with chronic inflammatory and infectious conditions. The drug is currently being explored for a variety of indications, including Long COVID, COVID vaccine injury, and several sexually transmitted infections (STIs) such as chlamydia, HPV, and syphilis, as well as fungal infections like candidiasis.
