Repogel

**Repogel** is a topical fixed-dose hydrogel formulation developed by **Reponex Pharmaceuticals** for difficult-to-heal venous leg ulcers. Also known as **RNX-022**, it combines molgramostim, a recombinant human granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor, with sucralfate and hyaluronic acid. Locally applied molgramostim activates granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor receptor signaling in wound-associated myeloid cells, intended to enhance innate immune activity, tissue repair, and wound healing. Repogel was evaluated with standard wound care in the randomized, placebo-controlled Phase II Repogel-01 study in Denmark for venous leg ulcers.
