Drug intelligence / Profile preview
reRNA HPV tumor vaccine is an RNA-based therapeutic vaccine designed to treat human papillomavirus (HPV)-related cancers. It functions by delivering RNA instructions to cells, enabling them to produce HPV antigens, primarily the E6 and E7 oncoproteins. This process stimulates the patient's immune system, specifically activating CD8+ T cells, to recognize and destroy HPV-infected tumor cells. The vaccine is being developed by Jiangsu Leeway Biological Technology Co., Ltd. for HPV16/18-positive unresectable recurrent or metastatic solid tumors.
