Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**ReS3-T** is an investigational small molecule drug candidate developed by reMYND NV in collaboration with KU Leuven’s Centre for Drug Design and Discovery (CD3). It acts via a novel proprietary target, **Pde6δ** (phosphodiesterase 6 delta), to modulate neuronal activity, demonstrating strong preclinical efficacy in models of therapy-resistant epilepsies, including Dravet syndrome. Accepted into the US NIH NINDS Epilepsy Therapy Screening Program (ETSP) in 2021 for rigorous testing focused on treatment-resistant epilepsies, disease prevention, and modification.[1][2][7]
